REVIT/BIM Modeler

Key Responsibilities

• Revit family creation.
• Integrating 3D scans into Revit models.
• Modeling process, mechanical, electrical, structural, and related systems.
• Publishing construction drawings.
• Performing clash detection and coordinating models in Navisworks.
• AutoCAD drafting when required.
• Coordination with engineering team members in mechanical, electrical, structural, and other disciplines.
• Participation in internal review meetings to discuss design strategy and progress.

Skills, Knowledge & Expertise

• Interdisciplinary routing coordination, including clash detection and mitigation.
• Understanding of typical utility routing strategies, installation spatial requirements, and typical system components and devices.
• Excellent communication skills and team players.
• Highly organized.
• Ability to learn quickly and grasp new concepts.
• Dedication and commitment, including punctuality and the willingness to do what it takes to get the job done.
• Ability to balance multiple priorities and meet deadlines.
• Familiarity with semiconductor facility modeling is a plus.
• Familiarity with plumbing, process piping, and HVAC systems

• Associate of Science in AutoCAD and modeling technology (or equivalent)
• 3+ years of Revit modeling experience.
