About this role

  • Develop and maintain total rewards strategy (compensation, benefits, incentives, and recognition) that aligns with business goals and corporate values.

  • Collaborate with Finance and HR Analytics teams to develop and monitor reward-related budgets and forecasts.
  • Lead or contribute to group-wide projects such as job grading, pay structure harmonization, or digitalization of compensation systems (e.g., HRIS integration).

Requirements

  • Minimum Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Management, Finance, or Business Administration. Master’s degree (MBA or related field) is an advantage.
  • Experience: Minimum 7–10 years of experience in Compensation & Benefits or Total Rewards, preferably in large conglomerate or multi-industry environments.
  • Prior experience in HR consulting, market benchmarking, or reward system design is highly valued.
