Your role

You will be at the intersection of engineering and real-world deployment, playing a critical role in turning unique designs into products that are actually useful. This role is for builders who want to touch every part of the robot, from first prototype to scaled-up production line. Working shoulder to shoulder with engineering, you will make sure we break things early and fix them fast.

What you’ll be doing

• Build complex robotic units from the ground up (mechanical and electrical).

• Support R&D by building testing rigs where early prototypes get tested.

• Work side-by-side with engineers to improve designs based on real-world feedback.

• Manage the workshop and inventory.

You

You are a relentless builder who takes ownership and enjoys solving messy problems. In a small team like ours, you’ll have a massive impact on our engineering culture and how we build products.

What you should have

• Solid hands-on foundation of mechanics and electronics

• Experience building wire harnesses, soldering, crimping, etc.

• Comfortable using power tools and working hands-on with mechanical assemblies.

• Familiar with 3D printing or other rapid prototyping tools.

• Fluent English communication skills.

Nice to have

• Experience working with robots

• Experience reading CAD and technical drawings

• Experience with CNC and other machinery

• Experience with PCB design
