Overview. Bonitz of Georgia is hiring an experienced Commercial Roofing Service Foreman to lead repair crews, locate and resolve roof leaks, and deliver high-quality service on commercial projects across the Southeast. This is a hands-on leadership role for someone who knows roofing systems inside and out and takes pride in doing the job right.

What You’ll Do
- Locate roof leaks and perform commercial roof repairs safely and efficiently
- Conduct on-site roof inspections and surveys to assess conditions and define repair scope
- Lead and train service crew members, promoting safety and quality workmanship
- Use manufacturer-approved repair methods across multiple roofing systems
- Maintain professional relationships with customers, vendors, and subcontractors
- Operate and care for company vehicles, tools, and equipment
- Complete work orders, reports, and required documentation accurately and on time
- Perform preventative maintenance and other duties as needed
What We’re Looking For
- 3+ years of experience in commercial roofing service and/or installation
- Strong working knowledge of roofing systems including:
- TPO, EPDM, PVC
- Built-Up Roofing (BUR) & Modified Bitumen
- Metal, coatings, tile, and shingles
- Ability to lift up to 100 lbs. and climb ladders up to 25+ feet
- Team-oriented mindset with leadership capability
- Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record and reliable transportation
- Normal vision and hearing
- Willingness to complete a pre-employment drug screening & physical examination

Pay & Benefits
- $25–$30 per hour, based on experience
- Annual production bonus (performance-based)
- Per diem for overnight, out-of-town work
- Medical, dental, and vision insurance after 90 days
- Paid time off — starts accruing immediately
