Headquarters of the Nearshore IT center, Alter Solutions Portugal has a dedicated team of around 30 specialized professionals, integrated into projects with several internationally renowned clients.

We are looking for an RPA Analyst/Developer to join our team!

Main Tasks:

• Responsible for the design, development, testing and implementation of RPA robot's which will interact with multiple third-party applications
• Continuous improvement of software development best practices 
• Ensure reliability and quality on the deliverables  
• Test, monitor and evaluate solutions  
• Collect, analyses the needs expressed by the business and associated functional documentation

Qualifications

Technical Skills:

• RPA development experience (+2 years) with one of the market leading RPA platforms: Blue Prism (highly recommendable), Automation Anywhere, UIPath 
• Involvement in AI related projects (NLG, NLP, OCR, Machine Learning)
• Previous experience as analyst in RPA projects is a strong plus
• Previous Experience in software development
• Working knowledge of Agile methodologies

Language Skills:

• Good level in English is required (speaking, reading and writing)
• French is a plus

Soft Skills:

• High level of analysis and problem-solving capability     
• Organization, process, and client focus oriented skills         
• Ability to clear communicate and report project status to the management         
• Pro-active behavior regarding the ability to work in a fast changing and demanding environment
• Strong interpersonal and communication (spoken and written) skills

Additional Information

• Hybrid (2 days/week) working model in Lisbon, but during the first 3 months, more on-site presence will be required.
