About the Role:

As a RtR Student Assistant, you’ll play a key role in supporting our financial operations while building hands-on experience in a dynamic, multinational environment. Your ideas, energy, and initiative will help drive improvements across our processes. And in return, we’ll support your development, growth, and career exploration.

What You’ll Do:

You’ll work closely with the Record-to-Report (RtR) team on daily and project-based tasks, including:

• Assisting with month-end closing activities (journal entries, balance sheet reconciliations)

• Validating and analyzing financial data to ensure reporting accuracy

• Supporting intercompany invoice processing and costing

• Helping improve and streamline accounting and financial reporting procedures

• Updating internal financial documentation

• Participating in finance projects to optimize departmental processes

What We’re Looking For:

We’re seeking students who:

• Are currently studying Finance, Accounting, Economics, or a related field

• Demonstrate strong accuracy and attention to detail

• Have solid working knowledge of MS Excel

• Enjoy working in teams and collaborating with others

• Are confident using English (both spoken and written) and Polish (min B2)

• Bring a positive attitude and a good sense of humor

• Are available to work min. 35 hours per week both during and after the holidays.
