RV Service Technician

Technician Requirements:

• Dependable
• Self-Motivated
• Ability to Multi-task
• Honest
• Team Player
• Ability to lift 1 - 50 pounds (i.e., hitches, alternators, A/C units, etc).

Technician Responsibilities:

• Provide and document complete diagnostic test and repair service to customer’s unit.
• Provide Orientations on Purchased Unit for Customer Base
• Keep shop Forman updated on work progress
• Maintain a clean and safe work area for customers and coworkers
• Perform miscellaneous tasks as assigned
• Ensure that final work meets quality standards and is inspected by shop Forman or supervisor.

Technician Qualifications:

• Hands-on experience.
• Experience with hitch work and brake controls.
• Good hand-eye coordination.
• Great attention to detail.
• Physical Endurance.
• Electrical experience.
• Ability to understand and communicate information.
• Ability to read a tape measure and use various hand tools.
• Willing to work weekends as needed.
• Basic computer skills.
• Valid driver’s license with a good driving record.
• High school diploma or equivalent.
