Sales Admin Assistant

Available Position:

We are looking for an experienced Sales Admin Assistant to support our Account Managers. You will work with our existing customers and our network of sources on the day-to-day ordering, quoting, and customer updates that keep our business running smoothly.

This is a stable, long-term role with a consistent daily routine and predictable hours, ideal for someone who already knows the work and takes pride in doing it well.

Key Responsibilities:

• Creating sales and purchase order transactions
• Updating customers on existing orders
• Creating sales quotes
• Product research using company and industry databases
• Working with current sources to obtain new products
• Data entry
• Special projects as requested

Experience:

Qualified candidates will be energetic, self-motivated, and have the following:

• Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite (Teams, Excel, Word)
• Strong communication skills with internal and external customers using phone, text, and email
• Familiarity with customer/sales software (CRM)
• Strong attention to detail
• Skilled in accurate order entry
• Experience working independently and within a team
• Ability to “close-the-loop”
• Time management and prioritization skills
