We're looking for a detail-oriented Sales Admin to keep orders, quotations, and sales operations running smoothly while supporting our Australian client in BGC, Taguig!

Ideal Candidate Profile

What You'll Bring (Experience)

• 2–3 years of experience in sales support, sales administration, order processing, or a similar role. Experience with IT products is a plus.

• Proficiency in Microsoft Word and Excel.

• Experience with SAP or other order management systems is an advantage.

• Good written and spoken English communication skills.

• Strong attention to detail to ensure quotations, orders, and customer records are accurate.

Your Impact Starts Here

• Prepare quotations and process sales orders accurately and on time.

• Track orders from processing to delivery, ensuring customers receive the correct products.

• Provide backend support to the sales team using SAP or other order management systems.

• Follow up on quotations and orders, clarify customer requirements, and keep everyone updated on progress.

• Maintain accurate customer information, sales records, and order details.

• Handle day-to-day sales administration to keep operations organized and running smoothly.

• Coordinate with Accounts, Purchasing, Warehouse, and Logistics to ensure orders are fulfilled on time.

• Track upcoming subscription and contract renewals and follow up as needed.

• Prepare daily and weekly sales reports for management.

• Respond to customer inquiries and provide timely updates on orders.

• Assist with other tasks as assigned by the Sales Manager or Supervisor.
