Your Responsibilities and Background

• Being responsible forhandling incoming sales enquiries from other team members. Processing toa high levelof accuracy.

• Submitting warranty requests
  

• Being accountable for sales activity and able to switch betweenclientand EPD roles whilemaintaininga high standard of customer service.

• Ensuring all quotes and feedback from customer discussions are accurately recorded on the CRMsystem and available to F2F and internal sales team members.

• Manage customer account queries

• Processing sales orders quickly and accurately, working in line with company procedures.
  

• Keeping the data on the CRMaccurate, updatingthe numberof machines and customer categories.

• Assistingboth the internal and F2F teams with admin tasks such as updating custom pricingrecords and processing F2F marketing requests.

• Being responsible forprocessingconsignment ofstock orders and transfer requests.
  

• Managing all sample product requests.
  

• Post daily activity & financial targets into company communication forums.

• Accurately log cases to record sales order issues.

• Manage ETA requests from customers withlogistics.

• RequestPOD’sfromlogisticsand forward to customer.
  

• Comply withthe Organization's Information Security Management System (ISMS), including all applicable information security policies, procedures, standards, and guidelines.
  

Your Qualifications

• Dynamic,motivatedand hungry for sales success

• With experience in using NetSuite.

• Proven telephone-based salesexperience

• Track recordof over-achieving targets

• Strong phone selling skills and active listening

• Ability to upsell and cross sell relevant items to increase margin

• Familiarity with CRM systems and practices. Experience in Asana is an advantage

• Building effective working relationships with internal and external customers

• Excellent communication skills

• Ability to multi-task, prioritize, and manage time effectively

• Ability to influence

• Strong attention to detail

• Skilled in negotiation

• Experience of working with technical or complex information
