We’re looking for driven, confident and target-focused Sales Agents to join our USA campaign.

WHO WE’RE LOOKING FOR:

• Previous tele - sales / call center / BPO experience
• Matric (Grade 12)
• Minimum 1-year relevant experience
• Good computer literacy
• Strong communication and negotiation skills
• Confident speaking with customers over the phone
• Comfortable handling objections and rejection
• Target-driven with a competitive mindset
• Persuasive, energetic and resilient
• Customer-focused while still being focused on results
• Good computer literacy
• Excellent English communication
• Available to work USA business hours

YOUR ROLE:

• Make outbound calls to customers
• Identify customer needs and recommend suitable solutions
• Build rapport and create positive customer experience
• Handle objections confidently
• Close sales and achieve monthly targets
• Accurately capture customer information
• Consistently meet quality and performance standards
