Sales Analyst

• Location: Czech/ Prague

• Function:  Sales

Overview

As a Sales Analyst, you will play a key role in supporting business performance through customer sales data analysis, reporting and demand planning activities across the Czech and Slovak markets. You will work closely with the commercial and demand planning teams, providing accurate data, clear performance insights and essential support for forecasting and S&OP processes.

Responsibilitie

• Work with customer sales data, monitor performance, identify key trends and highlight important changes across individual customers.

• Prepare regular and ad-hoc reports, analyses and presentations, summarizing key findings and sharing updates with the commercial team.

• Support business reviews by providing customer performance updates and helping explain key changes and their drivers.

• Maintain and improve existing reporting tools in Excel, with opportunities to develop skills in Power BI.

• Support slow-moving and obsolete stock (SLOB) management, including regular stock monitoring and coordination with Sales and Supply Chain teams.

• Play an active role in the local S&OP process, supporting sales forecasting, data preparation and regular communication with the Demand Planning team.

• Work closely with Sales, Category Management, Marketing, Demand Planning, Supply Chain and Finance.

Experience you’ll bring:

• Completed degree in economics or comparable studies

• Up to 2 years of experience in sales analysis and planning

• Basic knowledge of the national trading market

• Good MS Office (esp. Excel, PowerPoint)

• Knowledge SAP R3 esp. Business Warehouse and APO advantageous but not essential

• Fluent in Czech and English.
