Tasks
- Develop and execute sales strategies for loacl market to achieve business targets.
- Support distributors in sales planning, performance monitoring, and network expansion.
- Design and deliver training programs on product knowledge, sales skills, compensation plan, and business building.
- Create training materials, presentations, and digital content aligned with company standards.
- Build strong relationships with distributors, leaders, and key partners.
- Organize field visits, leadership meetings, workshops, and online training sessions.
- Plan and coordinate sales events, seminars, and team-building activities across relevant markets.
- Ensure high-quality execution of training events both online and offline.
- Work closely with marketing, customer service, finance, and HQ teams to ensure smooth business operations.
- Provide market feedback for product, training, and promotional improvements.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Education, or related field.
- 5+ years of experience in sales, training, or distributor management (Direct-Selling/ Network Marketing experience required).
- Strong presentation, public speaking, and coaching skills.
- Proven ability to train, motivate, and support distributors in a performance-driven environment.
- Excellent communication in local Language and English,
- Proficient in digital training platforms (Zoom, Teams), Microsoft Office, and basic marketing tools.
- Willingness to travel for events, distributor meetings, and training workshops.
