Sales Assistant

The Opportunity

We are looking for a proactive and results-driven Sales & Client Relations Assistant to help grow our client base and manage incoming luxury travel enquiries. This role is ideal for someone confident, persuasive, and motivated by targets and commission.

Tasks

• Handle inbound enquiries and provide tailored quotations
• Proactively follow up on leads to maximise conversions
• Build long-term relationships with corporate clients and event planners
• Identify partnership opportunities and support outreach campaigns
• Maintain accurate sales records and booking updates
• Support promotional campaigns and business growth initiatives

Requirements

• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Sales confidence with a strong closing ability
• Professional telephone manner
• Strong organisational skills and attention to detail
• Previous experience in sales, hospitality, luxury services, or events (preferred)
• Self-starter with ambition and drive
