YOUR MISSION AS SALES ASSISTANT – BRUSSELS

As Sales Assistant, you will be the face of Flabelus in our Brussels store, welcoming each client and turning every visit into a unique brand experience. Your mission will be to provide impeccable customer service, drive sales, and take care of every detail of the store, representing Flabelus’ values in every interaction.

We are looking for someone dynamic, warm, proactive, and genuinely passionate about customer experience, fashion, and a brand with soul.

YOUR RESPONSIBILITIES

Sales & Customer Experience

• Understand and work towards the store’s daily and monthly sales targets.
• Apply the commercial strategies defined by the management team.
• Provide a personalised, warm, and memorable customer experience aligned with Flabelus’ values.
• Advise clients with sensitivity, product knowledge, and attention to detail.
• Contribute to creating a welcoming and inspiring atmosphere in store.

Teamwork & Collaboration

• Actively participate in the store’s commercial goals and challenges.
• Support your colleagues and contribute to a positive, collaborative team environment.
• Communicate any incidents, client feedback, or operational needs to the Manager.
• Propose improvements whenever possible to help the store run smoothly.

Store Organisation & Operations

• Follow internal store procedures to ensure efficient daily operations.
• Support with stockroom organisation, product replenishment, and inventory control.
• Manage returns, exchanges, online order follow-ups, and other client requests according to company procedures.
• Help maintain the store’s visual standards and ensure the space is always clean, organised, and aligned with the Flabelus image.

Administration & Reporting

• Complete store control documents when required, including stock files, incident reports, and operational trackers.
• Support the Manager with daily reporting and store follow-up tasks.
• Ensure that all operational information is recorded clearly and accurately.

• Previous experience in retail, fashion, or premium brands will be highly valued.
• Good level of English is required; French and/or Dutch will be highly valued for the Brussels market.
