Sales Assistant (m/f/x)

Your Responsibilities

• Provide excellent customer service and adapt brand stories to the retail setting

• Ensure optimum sales levels are met

• Ensure that all operational store policies and procedures are followed

• Take pride in store appearance and embrace the Carhartt store look

• To develop your product knowledge and understanding of the business

• Establish consumer loyalty and satisfaction

• Have fun selling our product whilst engaging with our valued customers

Your Profile

• Customer service and/or retail experience preferred

• Dedicated, team-oriented and flexible

• Excellent communication and 'people' skills

• Confidence, drive and enthusiasm

• Excellent German speaking skills, any other language will be an asset

For this position, we offer a gross monthly salary of at least € 2'251 for full-time work, in accordance with the collective bargaining agreement for retail employees. Depending on your qualifications and prior experience, we are willing to pay above the standard rate.
