Your Role:

instacar is looking for a Used Car Sales Consultant to join our Sell Vehicles Business Unit. In this role, you will own your pipeline and close deals end-to-end, managing vehicles that come out of our leasing portfolio and are reintroduced to the market. You will drive sales across both retail and partner channels, working hands-on with inventory, pricing, and negotiations. If you enjoy closing deals, working with volume, and having real ownership over your results, this role is built for you.

Your Responsibilities:

  • Take full ownership of your **sales pipeline **, guiding prospects seamlessly from lead generation all the way to closing.
  • Engage and build strong relationships with both B2C customers and B2B partners (dealers).
  • Boost conversion rates and successfully close deals through persistent and strategic follow-up efforts.
  • Skillfully negotiate pricing and terms to drive maximum performance and value.
  • Collaborate closely with inventory and pricing teams to ensure vehicles are moved quickly and efficiently.
  • Partner internally to guarantee swift execution and on-time delivery every time.
  • Keep deal tracking clear, accurate, and up-to-date to maintain transparency and control.

Requirements

  • 2–5 years experience in **used car sales or related fields **, with proven skills and passion.
  • Thrives in **high-volume, target-driven sales **, consistently exceeding expectations.
  • Strong closer mentality with ability to seal deals and drive success.
  • Expert in negotiation and pricing with a sharp commercial mindset.
  • At ease interacting with **retail customers and partners/dealers **, fostering solid relationships.
  • Exhibits ownership and accountability in achieving exceptional outcomes.
  • Thrives in fast-paced, performance-oriented settings with a high level of motivation and commitment.
