Sales Coordinator

Join Arizona Foundation Solutions as a Sales Coordinator and play an important role in creating a smooth transition from Sales to Production. You’ll serve as a quality-control checkpoint for sold projects, making sure each job is accurate, properly documented, funded, approved, and ready for installation.

This is more than an administrative role. It’s an opportunity to help protect the customer experience, support our Sales and Production teams, and keep projects moving forward by catching potential problems before they create delays.

Your Impact

• Administrative Support of Sales Leadership
• Sales Review and Approvals
• Financing and Payment Control
• Support the culture of urgency with Sales Team/Sales Readiness
• Engineering, Permits and Revisions
• Communication of in-progress projects and any changes before install
• Help with project changes before install
• Provide daily recap

What You Provide

• Strong attention to detail with the ability to catch discrepancies others may miss
• Excellent organization and time-management skills
• Ability to manage multiple projects, priorities, and deadlines in a fast-paced environment
• Strong written, verbal, and interpersonal communication skills
• Confidence following up on missing information and holding items accountable through completion
• A strong sense of ownership, urgency, and follow-through
• Ability to work effectively across Sales, Production, Finance, and management teams
• Ability to learn construction terminology, contracts, financing documentation, and internal processes
• Proficiency with Microsoft Teams and general office technology
• Previous experience in sales coordination, construction administration, project coordination, financing, customer service, or a related role is preferred
