Sales Coordinator

JAT Global (Pvt) Ltd, India is a subsidiary of JAT Holdings (Pvt) Ltd; a Sri Lankan conglomerate offering products for wood, surface and construction needs

1. Provide administrative and operations support to admin and sales team as directed, including but not limited to reports' generation, research and data management.

2. Coordinate with Finance Dept. to process, Purchase Orders, invoices, bills, etc.

3. Coordinate with internal and external parties and update sales reports.

4. Ensure files are updated, organized and kept secure.

5. General sales administrative duties and customer service support to sales team.

6. Perform general data-entry and adhoc support works.

7. To perform any duty that comes as an exigency to the current profile.

Qualifications

Skills:

The person should be a team player who can work with minimum supervision and be able to interact well with different departments.

Presentable and smart.

Meticulous, responsible and ability to multi-task.

An effective communicator with good command over the English language.

Previous work experience in sales coordination preferable

Knowledge of MS Office and internet savvy

Female employees preferred.

Educational Qualifications: Basic diploma/ degree in any field.

Previous Work Experience: Freshers - Entry level associates (0-2 years)

Additional Information

Salary Offered: Rs. 15,000- Rs. 20,000/- (gross)

Company information: A South East Asian MNC with corporate office in Koramangala, Bangalore

Working Hours and Work Timings: Mon-Fri, 9 am-6 pm and Sat 9 am to 2 pm
