• Identify and target potential companies and contacts using tools such as LinkedIn Sales Navigator, ZoomInfo, and BigTrade Data
• Conduct outbound outreach campaigns and lead qualification calls with prospects
• Book discovery meetings and hand off qualified leads to Account Managers for closing
• Collaborate with the sales team to segment and optimize the prospecting pipeline
• Manage and update CRM data to ensure accurate tracking of all sales activities
• Attend sales meetings and facilitate smooth handovers between BDRs and Account Managers
• Consolidate sales data and prepare performance reports for senior management
• Support team management and gain hands-on exposure to leadership responsibilities
• Adapt to evolving business priorities and contribute to operational needs
