Location: Belgrade, Hybrid (Currently, we are three days per week in the office, subject to change)

Work hours: Mon - Fri 2-10pm Belgrade time
The is a key leadership role responsible for building and leading the outbound sales development team for CompStak’s Exchange platform. CompStak Exchange is an innovative data platform that allows commercial real estate brokers, appraisers, and researchers to trade CRE transactional data across the U.S.
The SDM will recruit and manage a team of high-volume outbound callers, introducing the platform to prospects in the U.S. and turning those conversations into qualified demos. The ideal candidate has hands-on cold-calling experience, understands the nuances of outbound conversations, and can translate that into daily coaching, measurable team improvements, and consistent results.

Responsibilities

  • Recruit, interview, and onboard new SDAs as the team scales
  • Monitor daily performance across all SDAs, with a primary focus on dials, conversion rates, and connected call time
  • Listen to call recordings and provide specific, actionable coaching to each rep
  • Track performance of call scripts, opening sequences, and objection handling frameworks
  • Identify associate-level concerns early, and intervene with targeted coaching
  • Submit a concise daily and weekly performance report to senior leadership
  • Maintain CRM and dialing platform standards across the team
  • Required Skills & Experience

  • Prior experience managing a high-volume outbound SDR or cold calling team
  • Experience making high-volume outbound calls and coaching from that experience, preferably experience calling prospects in the U.S.
  • Able to analyze short call recordings to identify strengths and areas for improvement
  • Strong communication skills, and a strong enough English fluency to interface daily with U.S. leadership
  • Data-driven performance evaluation at the rep level. You can identify trends, and make decisions accordingly
  • Maintains high standards for performance, both personally and for the team
  • Bonus experience that will stand out

  • Experience building an SDR team from scratch
  • Experience with CRM and outbound dialing platforms
