What you’ll own
The APAC SDR team comprises a group of diverse individuals who want to make their mark in the sales role. We play a crucial role in driving business growth by generating leads, qualifying prospects, and setting up meetings for the BD team. The SDRs exhibit deep understanding of the solutions they are selling as well as the target market and need to be skilled in establishing rapport with potential customers and be effective in communicating the value proposition.
- Build and develop a high-quality pipeline of target accounts across Australia and New Zealand, creating opportunities that directly contribute to revenue growth.
- Own outbound prospecting strategies across key industries, identifying and engaging senior decision-makers through personalised, multi-channel outreach.
- Qualify opportunities rigorously, uncovering business challenges, commercial priorities and buying intent before progressing prospects into the sales pipeline.
- Partner closely with Business Development, Marketing and Solutions teams to drive account penetration, maximise conversion rates and accelerate deal progression.
- Maintain a disciplined approach to account planning, CRM management and pipeline reporting, ensuring accurate forecasting and clear visibility of opportunities.
What you’ll bring

- Strong communication skills in writing, phone, and in-person.
- Ability to multi-task, prioritize and manage time effectively.
- Knowledge of LinkedIn, Salesforce, Outreach, and other lead generation tools.
- Strong presentation skills.
- Hunger and determination to exceed your sales targets
- Resilience and persistence to pursue responses on cold outreach to support creating new opportunities.
