What you'll do
This is the first outbound sales hire into a 4-person team. You will run high-volume cold outreach to generate meetings for the sales team, using established scripts, tools, and databases. You will not be inventing the process from scratch. You will be executing it with intensity and improving it along the way.
Make cold calls and send cold emails daily. High volume, every day.
Book qualified meetings with the sales team.
Track your own numbers (calls, emails, meetings booked, conversion rates).
Work closely with the founders and the existing team.
Contribute to improving scripts, messaging, and outreach strategy based on what works.
Build the foundation of the outbound sales function at Workvoice.
What you'll get
12,000 to 13,000 PLN per month OTE (base 7,000 to 9,000 PLN plus performance commission, B2B contract)

Five years of experience compressed into 12 months
What you need
1 to 2 years of experience in outbound sales or a similar high-volume role. This means you have made cold calls and sent cold emails at scale. You can show us your numbers.
Fluency in Polish and working English. This is a client-facing role and the primary market is Poland.
Comfortable being onsite in Warsaw. We are building a collaborative, high-energy sales floor culture. Working from home 4 days a week is not what this is about.
You can speak to your own performance with data. Daily call volume, meeting book rates, quota attainment. Numbers, not adjectives.
You are coachable. You take feedback, apply it, and improve. Fast.
You can handle rejection. High-volume cold outreach means hearing no a lot. You need to be able to keep going.

30 minute practical sales exercise. You will run a live outreach using our script and a real prospect list.
Paid 3 day trial in the office. You work alongside the team, experience the environment firsthand, and we see how you operate.
