Job Summary
Are you a high-performing SDR with a "hunter" mentality and a track record of engaging C-suite executives? This team is seeking a dedicated Sales Development Representative based in South Africa to drive growth within the UK technology recruitment sector. In this role, you will be the engine of the sales pipeline, cold calling CTOs and senior technology leaders to book high-value meetings. This is a high-volume, high-reward position for a professional who thrives on outbound activity and wants to represent a premier global technology transformation brand.
Key Responsibilities
- Conduct 100–200 outbound dials per day targeting senior technology decision-makers and CTOs.
- Research and identify key prospects within the UK market using provided tools.
- Qualify leads and secure a minimum of 10 qualified meetings per month.
- Maintain meticulous records within the CRM and manage outreach through Aircall and Lusha.
- Represent the firm with total professionalism, ensuring every interaction reflects the brand's high standards for quality and transparency.
- Collaborate with the leadership team to refine messaging and targeting strategies
Requirements
- Experience: Minimum 2–3 years of SDR or appointment-setting experience; 3+ years is strongly preferred.
- Industry Background: Proven experience booking meetings for a recruitment agency or technology firm (SAP, Microsoft Dynamics, or Cybersecurity preferred).
- Communication: Native-level English speaker with a professional, neutral accent suitable for the UK business market.
- Availability: Strictly 9:00 AM – 5:00 PM UK time (GMT/BST), Monday through Friday.
- Exclusivity: This must be your sole professional commitment; freelancers managing multiple clients will not be considered.
- Tech Stack: Proficiency with CRM systems and Aircall.
