Today we help thousands of merchants by providing them with the payment infrastructure they need through developer-friendly API’s to integrations on popular platforms like Shopify and Wix; we help our merchants grow in all markets they are expanding.

About 50% of our employees are non-Japanese. In the sales, product, design, and engineering team. English is the primary language used, and throughout the company, many people are at least bilingual. Key Responsibilities

  • Generate new leads through online and individual research.
  • Profiling strategic accounts through research of their business demand for payment solutions.
  • Outreach via email/calls to the prospects.
  • Collaborating with sales and marketing team members on strategic sales approach.
  • Ensuring successful follow-through of the sales cycle by maintaining accurate activity and lead qualification information in the CRM tool.

Requirements

    • Sales experience, preferably at a technology company within the APAC region.
    • Experience in payments or other financial systems and thorough knowledge of the Japanese market is a plus.
    • Team player who can effectively lead a project or participate as an effective team member as well as work cross-functionally with other organizations.
    • Open to work across time zones with teams from all over the world.
    • Fluent English is a must. Other languages are a plus (Japanese, Korean, Mandarin)!
