Job Summary

We are hiring a remote Sales Development Representative (SDR) to drive outbound prospecting and generate qualified leads for a high-growth SaaS business. This is an ideal opportunity for someone with strong communication skills, a hunter mindset, and experience in B2B SaaS sales, lead generation, and cold outreach.

You鈥檒l play a critical role in building the sales pipeline by identifying potential customers, initiating conversations, and booking meetings for Account Executives.

Key Responsibilities

  • Conduct high-volume outbound prospecting via cold calls, emails, and LinkedIn outreach
  • Identify and qualify potential clients within target markets and industries
  • Generate and book qualified meetings for the sales team
  • Build and manage a consistent pipeline of leads using CRM tools
  • Research prospects and tailor messaging to align with their business needs
  • Collaborate with marketing and sales teams to refine outreach strategies
  • Maintain accurate records of all activities in CRM systems (e.g., HubSpot, Salesforce)
  • Consistently meet or exceed weekly and monthly KPIs

Requirements

  • 2+ years of experience in Sales Development, Lead Generation, or B2B SaaS Sales
  • Proven track record in outbound prospecting and cold outreach
  • Strong communication and objection-handling skills
  • Experience using CRM platforms (e.g., HubSpot, Salesforce)
  • Familiarity with sales engagement tools (e.g., Apollo, Outreach, Salesloft)
  • Highly self-motivated with a results-driven mindset
  • Ability to work remotely and manage time effectively
  • Fluent in English (written and spoken)
