As Sales Director, you will be responsible for defining and executing the sales strategy for XTB’s investment products and services. You will lead and develop high-performing sales teams, oversee revenue growth, ensure operational excellence, and maintain strong relationships with key clients and stakeholders. This is a senior leadership role with full ownership of sales performance, team management, budgeting, and strategic planning.

Define and execute the sales strategy to achieve departmental targets and business objectives

Set sales targets, KPIs, and performance benchmarks across the department

Develop and manage business plans covering sales, revenue, and cost control

Monitor sales performance and ensure alignment with XTB policies and guidelines

Build and maintain strong relationships with key and VIP clients, while supporting strategic accounts and high-value negotiations.

Design and implement performance appraisal and commission schemes

Motivate sales teams through coaching, mentoring, and continuous skills development

Propose promotions, bonuses, and salary adjustments within the approved budget

Identify team needs and drive process, system, and collateral improvements

Oversee sales administration and operational reporting Track KPIs, conversion rates, lead quality, and sales pipeline performance

Prepare regular reports on sales results, best practices, and market opportunities

Ensure compliance with internal procedures and regulatory requirements

Build and maintain long-term relationships with key and VIP clients

Lead negotiations, close high-value deals, and support senior account managers

Monitor market trends across currencies, commodities, indices, and derivatives

Prepare market analysis, sales proposals, and customized client solutions

Participate in media appearances, conferences, and industry events as a finance expert

Support the creation of educational and marketing materials

Deliver trainings, workshops, and lectures for clients, partners, and internal teams

Publish finance- and investment-related articles

Represent XTB in public forums, conferences, TV, and radio

Partner with HR on recruitment and hiring of top sales talent

Coach and mentor sales managers and team members

Promote best practices and knowledge sharing within the sales organization
