Sales Director "Medical Industry"

1. JOB SUMMARY

As the Sales Director, you will drive commercial leadership and strategic execution globally. You will be responsible for shaping and executing the regional and country’s commercial agenda, with a strong emphasis on sales performance(targets), cost management,product mix,and revenue growth. Collaborating closely with cross-functional teams, you will develop and implement operational plans that align with the overall business strategy and tactical objectives. Your leadership will be pivotal in achieving performance goals and fostering a high-performance culture within your team.

1. KEY RESPONSIBILITIES & DUTIES

• Performance Accountability: Oversee and drive global sales performance, ensuring alignment with budgetary and growth objectives

• Team Leadership: Recruit, mentor,develop,and motivate a high-performing sales team,establishing clear roles and objectives to foster competitive advantage and drive business success.

• Cost Management:Monitor and control costs related to commercial activities, ensuring efficient resource utilization to meet operational goals within budget.

• Stakeholder Engagement: Collaborate effectively with internal stakeholders and manage relationships with key external partners to enhance market access and business opportunities.

• Market Access Strategy: Develop and implement strategies to optimize market access and penetration, ensuring alignment with overall business objectives.

• Ethical Standards:Maintain high ethical standards and foster a culture of integrity, ensuring that all business practices reflect the company’s values

• Performance Management: Lead performance management processes, including coaching and development initiatives, to enhance team capabilities and drive continuous improvement.

• Continuous Improvement:Establish metrics to assess sales performance,facilitating regular feedback loops and proactive communication for ongoing enhancements.

• Additional Duties: Undertake any other related responsibilities as assigned by your direct manager to support business objectives.

Requirements

JOB REQUIREMENTS:

• Bachelor’s degree in Medicine/Pharmacy & Dental or Relevant field

• MBA or Other relevant high-graduate qualifications are a plus

• 10 -15 Years in Sales & Marketing

• Experience in Medical device
