The Role
- Achieve Sales Targets: Drive individual sales efforts to consistently meet or exceed sales quotas by acquiring new clients, expanding relationships with existing customers, and converting leads into long-term accounts.
- Generate Demand and Build a Strong Pipeline: Proactively identify and generate new business opportunities through targeted outreach, prospecting, and networking, ensuring a steady and healthy pipeline of qualified leads to support future sales growth.
- Maintain Profit Margins: Focus on selling high-margin cybersecurity solutions, ensuring that all deals are negotiated to meet or exceed the company’s profit margin targets while delivering value to clients.
- Develop and Execute Sales Strategies: Design and implement tailored sales strategies to address specific market needs, aligning the company’s cybersecurity solutions with client requirements to achieve sales objectives and business growth.
- Build and Maintain Client Relationships: Cultivate long-term relationships with key decision-makers within client organizations, positioning the company’s cybersecurity services as essential for their security needs, and ensuring client satisfaction and retention.
Requirements
- Minimum of 5-7 years of experience in sales or business development, with at least 2-3 years in a managerial role.
- Strong understanding of sales processes and strategy implementation.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills to engage with clients and stakeholders.
- Effective leadership and mentoring abilities to develop and motivate the sales team.
- Strong problem-solving skills to address challenges and identify opportunities.
- Demonstrated experience in managing client relationships and delivering outstanding customer service.
- Proven ability to execute sales projects that result in measurable growth and client satisfaction.
- Experience in initiating and managing sales initiatives or campaigns that have positively impacted revenue.
- Experience in Financial, Governance, Energy Industry is preferred, with demonstrated success in sales within this sector.
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field. A Master’s degree (MBA) is preferred.
