Due to continued growth, we're looking for an ambitious Sales Manager to establish, grow, and lead a brand new door to door lead generation team in Perth.

As the Perth Sales Manager, you'll be responsible for building, developing, and leading a high-performing sales team while driving revenue growth across residential home electrification solutions.
You'll work closely with senior leadership to recruit, coach, and develop your team while also leading from the front and setting the standard for performance.

🎯 What Your First Month Will Look Like
You'll be immersed in our proven sales process and receive hands-on training from our relationship management leadership team.
This is a hybrid leadership role, meaning you'll spend time:
Learning Smart Energy’s sales methodology
Running face-to-face home electrification appointments with homeowners
Building your own sales pipeline
Interviewing and onboarding and training new sales team members
Developing the foundations of your future team
By leading from the front, you'll gain the credibility and experience needed to coach your team to success.
