Sales Manager in Autonomous and Commercial Mobility | AUMOVIO Korea

Sales Manager in Autonomous and Commercial Mobility | AUMOVIO Korea 

• Drive ADAS business growth and achieve sales KPIs, including revenue, order intake, profitability, and new business acquisition 
• Act as the primary commercial interface to customer 
• Manage RFQ/RFI processes, quotation preparation, commercial negotiations, and contract discussions 
• Develop and execute business acquisition strategies
• Coordinate closely with Engineering, PM, Purchasing, and Global sales team to ensure competitive technical and commercial proposals 
• Build and maintain strong customer relationships and identify future business opportunities
• Support strategic planning, market analysis, and business development activities for the Korean automotive market

 

Qualifications

• Bachelor degree 
• 7+ years of experience in automotive 
• 5+ years of experience in Sales, Business Development, Account Management 
• HMG related experience required as mandatory
• Strong understanding of automotive sourcing and RFQ process 
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills 
• Fluent in Korean and English (spoken and written)
