Role Overview:
We’re looking for ahands-on, target-driven Sales Manager to join our growing team in Dubai. This is apure sales, individual contributor role- ideal for someone who thrives on ownership, high activity, and closing deals.
You’ll be responsible for generating new business opportunities, running demos, and signing new accounts in theSMB and mid-market segments. You’ll need to be proactive, tenacious, and laser-focused on driving pipeline and revenue.
This role ison-siteat our vibrant head-office in Dubai surrounded by a small but fast-growing team, playing a key part in expanding our footprint across the UAE.

Key Responsibilities:
- Own thefull sales cycle– from prospecting and outreach to pitching, negotiation, closing, and signing.
- Generate new opportunities through cold calls, email outreach, LinkedIn, referrals, and follow-ups on inbound leads.
- Deliver engaging, high-impact product demos that show clear business value.
- Maintain a fast-paced sales rhythm withhigh daily activity and deal volume.
- Keep deals and activity updated inHubSpot CRM, with accurate forecasting and reporting.
- Stay sharp on product, process, and competitor updates to keep your edge.
- Work closely with Sales, Marketing, and Customer Success to refine our go-to-market motion.
- Push hard, stay consistent, and always keep momentum moving forward.
What We're Looking For:
- 4–5 years of direct SaaS salesexperience in a fast-paced, high-activity environment. (ideally selling into SMB or mid-market).
- Proven ability to meet or exceed sales targets.
- Strong prospecting and closing skills – you're not afraid to pick up the phone, send that follow-up or chase deals.
- Fluent in English both written and spoken. Arabic will be an added advantage.
- Proficiency in usingHubSpot(or similar CRM) and working with sales metrics.
- Grit, resilience, and a performance mindset.
