Sales Officer ( Palcement : Matrix Produk Aki Motor)

Position Overview

The Sales Officer will be responsible for driving sales of Matrix motorbike batteries, developing client relationships, and achieving sales targets. This role offers an exciting opportunity to contribute to the growth of a leading smart home technology company while specializing in a key product segment.

Key Responsibilities

• Promote and sell Matrix motorbike batteries to existing and potential customers.
• Identify and pursue new sales opportunities within assigned territories.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, distributors, and partners.
• Meet or exceed individual and team sales targets consistently.
• Collaborate with marketing and technical teams to support product promotions and customer education.
• Maintain comprehensive records of sales activities, customer interactions, and market feedback.
• Stay updated on industry trends and competitor products to identify market opportunities.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in any field.
• Prior experience 2+ in sales, preferably in automotive or battery products / automotive is an advantage.
• Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
• Self-driven, goal-oriented, and able to work independently.
• Ability to build and maintain strong customer relationships.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office and basic CRM tools.
• Willingness to travel and meet clients as required.
• Knowledge of motorbike batteries and related products is a plus.
