Overview

We are looking to add a qualified Automotive Sales Professional to our team! With our state-of-the-art facilities, an unbeatable work environment, and industry-leading compensation, you'll have the tools and resources to thrive and reach new heights in your career.

Responsibilities

• Demonstrate vehicles by explaining features, benefits, and warranties; conduct test drives and compare competitive models
• Prospect daily for new customers and maintain relationships with previous buyers
• Maintain high Customer Satisfaction Index (CSI) scores.
• Implement follow-up systems to encourage repeat and referral business
• Stay informed on product updates, inventory, and accessories to better serve customers
• Set and achieve personal sales goals aligned with dealership standards

Qualifications

• 2 Years Customer Service Experience
• Professional Appearance
• Positive & Friendly Attitude
• Interpersonal Communication Skills
• Basic Computer Skills
• High School Diploma or Equivalent
• Must have a Valid Driver’s License
