Main responsibilities
- Communicate product features, advantages, and benefits (FAB) effectively to gain prescribing commitment from healthcare professionals.
- Provide market intelligence, customer insights, and competitive information to support business strategies.
- Address customer inquiries and concerns with strong product knowledge and effective communication skills.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with key healthcare professionals and stakeholders.
- Deliver high-quality customer service and support to hospitals and healthcare institutions.
- Ensure timely and accurate documentation in CENTRIX, including maintaining up-to-date customer records and digital reports.
- Develop and execute territory call plans aligned with targeting priorities in CENTRIX.
- Collaborate with colleagues by sharing knowledge, best practices, and experiences.
- Support the supervisor in resolving territory and market-related issues, including product listing activities.
- Monitor and report competitor activities, market trends, and generic product developments within the assigned territory.
- Organize and deliver product presentations and educational activities for customers.
- Submit daily activity reports accurately and within the required timelines.
- Execute promotional campaigns and initiatives in accordance with the Marketing Department's plans.
- Comply with all company policies, procedures, and ethical standards.
