Your responsibilities:

• Being responsible for Upgrade & Retrofit of turbocharger business in Accelleron China, look for business opportunities & drive for business growth; Achieve the business target
• Be familiar with existing upgrade & retrofit solutions on existed engine platforms, look for any opportunities.
• Work & communicate with local end user sales to dredge any opportunity together and potential opportunity follow up closely
• Work & communicate with Global Upgrade Team and provide technical & commercial solutions for upgrade & retrofit projects
• tracking all related projects with high quality.
• Traveling for customer visiting
• “upgrade & retrofit” solution presentation
• Organizing marketing promotion activities (technical seminar, product launched etc.
• Work & think in creative way

Your background:

• Bachelor’s or above degree in related areas such as internal-combustion engine, turbomachine, or mechanical engineering
• Knowledge & understanding of engine, and knowledge of turbocharger (TC type selection/ TC matching test) will be a strong plus
• Min 8 years of work experience
• Work experience in marine engine will be preferred
• Experience with sales for marine engine will be a plus
• Good written & spoken English skills
• Good presentation skills
