What You'll Be Doing
Work with warm leads currently and possibly cold leads in the future in the Greek market
Reach clients using phone calls & email, and WhatsApp communication
Present the Jooble product & cover client questions
Work with CRM (Salesforce): log all interactions in the system, search for new leads in the old database, analyze the sales funnel
Customer research & feedback: identify client needs & blockers, share insights with the product team, achieve individual sales targets.
What We're Looking For
At least 1 year of experience in B2B sales
Fluent Greek (to communicate with clients)
English proficiency level: Intermediate and higher (spoken and written to communicate with the team)
CRM experience
Strong communication skills️
Computer literacy (G Suite, AI tools, etc)
Experience in HR-tech, job boards, or related fields is a big plus
