Sales Support Associate (Dispatcher) - Qena

Overview

Ensure the smooth operation of the dispatch function by managing daily delivery plans, coordinating with Delivery Drivers and PSRs, monitoring delivery KPIs, and optimizing routing and truck loads to ensure efficient and timely deliveries.

Responsibilities

• Ensure orders are properly transferred.
• Update KPI reports with dispatched Delivery CRs information.
• Meet with assigned Delivery Drivers and brief them on the daily plan.
• Review the pending orders delivery report and discuss it with each PSR.
• Balance truck loads to ensure proper deliveries.
• Perform rerouting when needed, using standard processes and guidelines.
• Manage the routing of customers assigned to his responsibility when dynamic routing is available.
• Help to continuously improve the routing process and tools through field learning.
• Ensure asset levels are consistent with business needs and plans.
• Manage Cooler Deployment (in case of WS).

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree.
• 1 year of experience in Sales in an FMCG company is a must.
• Driving license is a must.
• Very good knowledge of main software applications of daily use (Microsoft Office, routing software).
