We are seeking a detail-oriented Inside Sales Representative to support our sales and service teams through quoting, customer communication, and opportunity follow-up. This role is ideal for someone organized, responsive, and comfortable managing multiple quotes and customer requests in a fast-paced B2B environment.

This is a stable, growth-focused position with the opportunity to expand into account management or senior sales support over time.

Key Responsibilities

• Prepare and deliver service and equipment quotes for customers in a timely manner.
• Review incoming requests from sales reps and customers to ensure accurate scope and pricing.
• Follow up on open quotes to help move opportunities forward.
• Communicate with customers regarding pricing, timelines, and service options.
• Coordinate internally with sales, operations, and service teams to ensure accuracy.
• Maintain organized and detailed records in CRM and internal systems.
• Support outside sales team with customer follow-up and account support as needed.

What We’re Looking For

• 2+ years in inside sales, sales support or quoting role (B2B preferred).
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
• Professional communication skills (email and phone).
• Ability to manage multiple quotes and priorities simultaneously.
• Comfortable working in a fast-paced, team-oriented office environment.
• Experience in technical, industrial, construction, or service-based industries is a plus.
