Sales Support Representative (Call Center)

Web Theoria is looking to recruit a Sales Support Representative in Larnaca.

Responsibilities

• Respond to calls from existing and new clients for various services and products
  
• Return calls to prospected clients, to provide basic outline of our service while collecting the necessary details
  
• Obtain and evaluate all the information in order to handle correct the inquiries
  
• Report requests and other unsolved issues to the designated person or department
  
• Provide support via chat, phone and email
  
• Record the information collected on the CRM
  
• Communicate to our sales agents as to the request made from client
  
• Any other duties that might be assigned
  
• Reach out to potential customers to promote our services
  
• Update our team calendars and include or edit new entries

Remotely Work / From Home

• Remote worker
• Weekly on-site maybe essential
• Training could be on-site

Required candidate profile

• Fluent in Greek and English spoken and written.
• Good knowledge of Microsoft
• Office, Excel and Outlook
• Computer and typing skills
• Organizational skills and ability to build relationships of trust
• Pleasant personality and communication skills
• Patience, endurance, composure and personal credibility
