Sales Support Specialist (English and Spanish)

We are looking for a Sales Support Specialist to join an international team supporting Sales teams and partners across different markets.

You will provide operational support throughout the sales cycle, managing sales opportunities, quotes, customer and partner data, documentation, and reporting.

Contract: 6 months, with extension available

Work model: Fully remote

Salary: ** 5,000 RON net/month**

Languages: English and Spanish – mandatory

Tasks

• Manage and maintain sales opportunities, customer and partner information, and related documentation.
• Support quote creation, modification, and validation.
• Ensure sales and customer data is accurate, complete, and up to date.
• Research information and prepare data for reports and business analysis.
• Create regular and ad-hoc reports related to sales performance and KPIs.
• Identify and help resolve data or process-related issues.
• Coordinate activities through established sales and operational processes.
• Communicate with internal Sales teams, partners, and customers regarding status updates and issue resolution.
• Ensure data is handled securely and according to company policies and local compliance requirements.
• Support consistent and effective use of sales and customer data across the organisation

Requirements

• 2-year university degree or equivalent relevant experience.
• 2–4 years of experience in sales support, commercial operations, opportunity management, quoting, or a similar role.
• Advanced English – mandatory.
• Advanced Spanish – mandatory.
• Experience with sales tools and systems such as **Salesforce (SFDC), Oracle, SAP/S4, or partner/customer portals **.
• Strong attention to detail and data accuracy.
• Good organisational and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks.
• Good communication skills, both written and verbal.
