Sales Training Expert

About us:

What you will do:

Design and deliver learning programs that strengthen the capabilities and performance of our Sales teams.

Your day-to-day:

• Identify training needs in collaboration with Sales leaders and key stakeholders.

• Design and deliver in-person, virtual and blended sales training programs.

• Develop engaging learning material, including presentations, videos, case studies and job aids.

• Handle digital platforms and tools used in sales training activities and provide guidance and training to Sales teams on their use.

• Coordinate the onboarding and training of new Sales colleagues.

• Support Sales teams through workshops, coaching and performance-focused learning initiatives.

• Collect feedback and evaluate the effectiveness and business impact of training programs.

• Collaborate with internal experts and external training partners to organize learning activities.

• Maintain accurate records of training content, participation, evaluation results and costs.

Desired Skills/Experience:

• Proven experience as a Sales Trainer, Learning & Development professional or in a similar role.

• Experience in sales; insurance or financial services experience is considered an asset.

• Ability to manage the full training cycle, from needs analysis to delivery and evaluation.

• Experience with in-person and virtual facilitation, e-learning platforms and digital learning tools.

• BSc degree in Education, Human Resources, Business Administration or a relevant field.

• Excellent command of Greek and English; relevant training certification is considered an asset.

• Ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines.
