H1, GC or US Citizen, work is located in Atlanta

• Design and implement Salesforce solutions through customization and development.
• Implement Integration projects with SalesForce.com/Force.com through the Apex API.
• Create and manage custom objects, fields, formulas, reports and dashboards.
• Develop and maintain validation rules and custom workflow rules.
• Document project requirements when needed.
• Leverage experience with languages like Java, Ruby or .NET development, web services development and SQL development to build integration points between Salesforce and back-end systems.
• Train other development resources on Salesforce development practices as needed. Maintain currency with Salesforce development best practices.

Skills and Expertise:

• Minimum 2-4 years, experience with Salesforce administration, customization and reporting tools.
• Knowledge of Apex, Salesforce API

Nice to have:

Knowledge Java or C# .NET, javaScript
Salesforce Administration Certified, Salesforce Developer Certification Preferred.
General Knowledge of Microsoft Excel.
Demonstrated analytical skills and comfort with data, metrics and statistical methods.
Flexibility to meet continuously changing priorities and challenges.
Needs to possess excellent verbal and written communication skills
Strong interpersonal skills; must be a team player.
College degree or relative work experience.
3 years experience with SQL query writing. Strong relational database
background/understanding.
