Job Overview:
Aquiva Labs, a leading Salesforce PDO and consulting partner, is seeking a highly experienced Salesforce Product Owner. This role manages the end-to-end product lifecycle for client-facing projects, aligning client objectives with development teams and bridging communication between technical and business stakeholders. The ideal candidate will drive product vision, roadmap, and backlog in a fast-paced Agile environment.

Key Responsibilities

  • Champion customer needs and translate them into product features.
  • Define product vision and roadmap based on measurable business value.
  • Prioritize user stories and manage product backlog in Agile environment.
  • Innovate for ROI using data and user insights.
  • Collaborate with development and QA teams to define acceptance criteria.
  • Conduct acceptance testing and product demos.
  • Facilitate communication between business and technical teams.
  • Maintain focus, prevent scope creep, and drive progress with data-driven metrics.

Skills, Knowledge & Expertise

Required:
  • 3+ years of Product Owner experience (preferably all within SF ecosystem)
  • Strong English communication skills
