Salesforce Sales & Service Cloud Developer Onsite in UAE - 6 Months Contract

We are looking for an experienced Salesforce Sales & Service Cloud Developer to join a client project in the UAE. The ideal candidate will have strong hands-on experience designing, developing, and implementing Salesforce solutions across Sales Cloud and Service Cloud, with a proven track record of delivering enterprise-grade implementations and integrations.

This role requires someone who can work closely with business stakeholders and technical teams, translate business requirements into scalable Salesforce solutions, and contribute throughout the implementation lifecycle.

Key Responsibilities

• Design, develop, configure, and implement Salesforce solutions across Sales Cloud and Service Cloud.
• Develop and customize Salesforce applications using Apex, Lightning Web Components (LWC), SOQL, and Salesforce APIs.
• Translate business and functional requirements into scalable and maintainable Salesforce solutions.
• Develop and maintain integrations between Salesforce and external systems.
• Participate in the full Salesforce implementation lifecycle, including development, testing, deployment, and support.
• Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues, ensuring the stability and performance of Salesforce solutions.
• Collaborate closely with business stakeholders, clients, solution architects, and technical teams.
• Follow Salesforce development best practices, coding standards, security principles, and governance guidelines.
• Contribute to technical documentation, solution design, and knowledge transfer where required.

Requirements

• Strong hands-on experience in Salesforce development and implementation.
• Proven experience delivering enterprise-grade Salesforce solutions.
• Strong experience with Sales Cloud and Service Cloud.
• Solid development experience with:
• Apex
• Lightning Web Components (LWC)
• SOQL/SOSL
• Salesforce APIs and integrations
• Salesforce Flows and automation
• Experience integrating Salesforce with external systems and third-party applications.
• Strong understanding of Salesforce architecture, security, data model, and deployment practices.
• Experience working directly with business stakeholders and clients.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Professional presentation and strong stakeholder management skills.
• Relevant Salesforce certifications are required.
• Ability to work effectively in a client-facing environment.

• Experience working on large-scale or multi-system Salesforce implementations.
• Experience with enterprise integration patterns and middleware.
• Experience with CI/CD and Salesforce DevOps practices.
