Responsibilities:

  • Design and implement conversational chat flows using Agentforce;
  • Develop and optimize automated email handling solutions, including:
    o Email classification;
    o Routing logic;
    o Automated response generation;
  • Integrate Agentforce solutions with CRM platforms, APIs, and third-party systems;
  • Customize and enhance Salesforce functionalities to support automation initiatives;
  • Monitor, troubleshoot, and improve agent performance and user experience;
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams including Product Owners, Business Analysts, and Developers;
  • Participate in Agile ceremonies and contribute to continuous improvement initiatives;
  • Ensure scalable, secure, and maintainable development practices;
  • Qualifications:

  • Strong hands-on experience with Salesforce development;
  • Proven experience working with Agentforce;
  • Experience building conversational AI solutions and chatbots;
  • Knowledge of email automation workflows and intelligent routing systems;
  • Strong API integration and system integration skills;
  • Excellent problem-solving and analytical abilities;
  • Good communication and collaboration skills;
  • Experience working in Agile environments.
