Salon Receptionist

We are looking for a friendly and professional Salon Receptionist who is fluent in Russian and English to join our vibrant team. The Salon Receptionist will be the first point of contact for clients, responsible for managing appointments, handling inquiries, and ensuring a welcoming atmosphere in the salon.

Key Responsibilities

• Greet and welcome clients with a warm and professional demeanor.
• Manage appointment bookings via phone, WhatsApp, and in-person.
• Handle client inquiries, provide accurate information about services, and assist with membership or service packages.
• Maintain the reception area, ensuring it is clean, organized, and presentable at all times.
• Manage product inventory and assist in sales of salon products.
• Record daily sales and assist with administrative tasks as needed.
• Coordinate with stylists and other staff to optimize appointment scheduling.

Requirements

• Fluency in Russian and English languages.
• Previous experience as a receptionist or in customer service, preferably in a salon or beauty environment.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Proficiency in using appointment scheduling software and CRM systems.
• Organised, detail-oriented, and able to multitask effectively.
• Professional appearance and attitude.
