Responsibilities

WORK LOCATION: 5303 Shilshole Ave NW, Seattle, WA 98107

Key Responsibilities:

Responsible for the SAP S/4 HANA Order to Cash global template, including business process design and adoption of standard ERP functionality. The SAP OTC Lead will partner with the AMS support provider/System Integrator to deliver solutions and solve critical business issues. The SAP OTC Lead will serve as a key advisor to the business on continuous improvement and stabilization of the current global OTC template.

Responsible for the following:

• Provides guidance to internal teams on best practices in adopting S/4 HANA out-of-the-box solutions in SAP SD and related modules; drives standardization of business processes with system integrator;
• Promotes leveraging standard functionality in S/4 HANA and drive alignment to reduce RICEWF;
• Participates in design decisions for integration with non-SAP systems;
• Configures SAP SD and related modules; develops scenarios and tests to ensure compliance with Trident requirements;
• Validates proposed solutions from system integrator;
• Reviews and drives configuration and testing outcomes with the system integrator teams;
• Understands the end-to-end order to cash process and develops process expertise spread across different applications, and SAP SD;
• Provides guidance on and executes best practices in data cleansing and data extraction for migration;
• Acts as an advisor to business and IT for hands-on usage of S/4 HANA functionality;
• Stays current with the evolving S/4 HANA roadmap, researches and runs internal Proof of Concept sessions, as needed, for better features and better alternatives in S/4 HANA to address business requirements;
• Acquires knowledge of Trident’s Environmental and Safety Policies by completing required training programs and performing designated work activities in accordance with training and procedures/work instructions; and
• Notifies designated personnel of any environmental or safety incidents or risks not previously documented, in accordance with Environmental Awareness and/or safety trainings.
• Less than 25% domestic and International travel required
• Telecommuting permitted less than 50% from local area only

TERMS OF EMPLOYMENT: Base rate of $180,000 per year.

Minimum Requirements:

Education: Bachelor’s degree, or foreign equivalent, in computer science, business, or a closely related field

Experience: 5 years’ experience in an SAP SD/OTC-related occupation

Special skills/other requirements:

• S/4 HANA and related modules
• Configures SAP SD and related modules, including order management, pricing, shipping, and billing
• Documenting Specification and development of RICEFW – reports, Interfaces, Conversion Programs, Enhancement of existing programs, Printout Forms and workflow programs
• Documenting 'AS IS ' and designing 'TO BE’ business process
• SAP implementation in the areas of Order to Cash (SAP SD/OTC)
