SAP Project Manager : Must live close to major US Airport

CLIENT is seeking experienced SAP Project Managers. The project manager is responsible for the overall on-time, on-budget delivery of a successful SAP implementation.

Responsibilities include:
- Developing work plans, managing deadlines and coordination of project team and sub-team activities
- Estimating project skill requirements, and then working with resource deployment managers to identify appropriate resources and manage their integration into the team
- Defining and agreeing on deliverables and milestones
- Setting and controlling scope
- Communicating status and vision to client management and stakeholders
- Overall team management, including regular evaluations
- Project financial management
- Risk management

Must be team lead on at least 1 engagement that included a global design and rollout, Managed externally contracted team resources, Played key role in at least 2 proposals with 1 having a TCV over $5M, Prior "tier 1" integrator experience

Qualifications

Required

• Bachelor's Degree
• At least 5 years experience in Directly involved in designing and implementing SAP solutions for clients across all phases of the project lifecycle (from project prep through go live and hypercare). At least 3 full-lifecycle implementations
• At least 4 years experience in Managed teams of 10+ FTEs, including being responsible for team staffing and performance evaluations of team resources
• At least 6 months experience in Developing at least 2 business cases for a net new opportunity and/or an add-on project for an existing client
• At least 1 year experience in Team lead on at least 1 engagement that included a global design and rollout
• Readiness to travel Up to 5 days a week (home on weekends-based on project requirements)
• English: Intermediate

Preferred

• Master's Degree
