Scaffolder

ABIS is looking for experienced Scaffolders to join our construction and industrial projects. As a Scaffolder, you will be responsible for assembling, dismantling, and maintaining scaffolding structures safely and efficiently on site. Your work will support various construction activities by providing safe and secure access to elevated areas. The ideal candidate will have extensive knowledge of scaffolding techniques, safety standards, and the ability to work effectively in a team environment.

Responsibilities

• Assemble and dismantle scaffolding structures according to project specifications.
• Inspect scaffolding equipment and structures to ensure safety and compliance with regulations.
• Follow safety protocols and procedures during all scaffolding activities.
• Coordinate with site supervisors and other trades to optimize workflow.
• Maintain scaffolding tools and equipment in good working condition.
• Report any hazards, damaged equipment, or safety concerns to management promptly.

Requirements

• Valid scaffolder certification or relevant training preferred.
• Proven experience working as a scaffolder in construction or industrial environments.
• Strong understanding of scaffolding safety standards and regulations.
• Physical fitness and ability to work at heights and in various weather conditions.
• Good communication skills and ability to work well as part of a team.
• Attention to safety and detail to prevent accidents and ensure secure scaffolding.
